Really good food services.
The roads to the hotel were steep and intimidating, especially in the winter. This made it difficult to enjoy the scenic routes as I was constantly worried about sliding or getting stuck. The room I booked did not meet my expectations in terms of comfort.

Great location, nestled in the beauty of the mountains. Spa was top-notch with great saunas and massages. Delicious cuisine served with attention to detail and great flavors. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful.
The access road was dangerous, too steep and not in good condition. This made it difficult to get in and out of the facility, especially if drove yourself.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the service provided was impeccable, with attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. the Spa and wellness centre was a big highlight, with sauna, massage and a saltwater pool, all contributing to our relaxation. the stunning infinity pool with sun loungers and the garden area provided an outdoor retreat for us to enjoy.
The only minor issue we encountered here was the location. the steep roads to the venue can be a bit scary, especially during winter with lots of snow.
